OUIJA BOARD CHANELLING TAROT CARDS KABALLAH ASCENDED MASTERS
THE OUIJA BOARD --- JUST A GAME??? Parker Brothers did not invent the Ouija Board. It had already been around for a while when it was bought by Parker Brothers in 1966 and turned into a commercial success as a board game. Its beginnings lie in the distant past when an earlier version (a tripod device) was used in the ancient ws of Babylon and Greece to contact departed spirits. The tripod became the pointer now used with the Board, which is printed with the alphabet, the numbers 1-9, a 0 (zero), and the words 'Goodbye', 'Yes', and 'No'. There are other boards like this with different names, but with the same history and purpose. The modern version of this game was developed by a man named Planchette, a spiritualist (someone who contacts the dead as part of their religion).
The Board was further transformed around the turn of the century under the direction and ownership of two men, Elijah J. Bond and William Fuld. Fuld’s name can be seen on the Ouija Board today. The name Ouija is a combination of the French and German words for 'yes': Oui and Ja. According to Bond and Fuld, the Board suggested its own name. The primary purpose of the board is and always has been to contact disembodied spirits.
Contacting the dead is called necromancy, and contacting spirits is spiritism, both strongly condemned by God (Deut. 18:9-12; Lev. 19:31, 20:6; I Sam 28, II Kings 21:6; Is. 8:19, 19:3-4). The Board’s translated name, 'yes, yes', is an ingenious and subtle way to invite spirit contact. Dead people cannot hang around after death; you cannot communicate with a dead person. The practices and techniques of contacting the dead and contacting spirits are used widely in the occult.
Although the pointer is often moved intentionally or subconsciously by the players, you are putting yourself in a vulnerable position when using the Board. By 'playing' this 'game', you are showing an interest in spirit contact. If contact is made, it is demons (evil spirits, fallen angels), not the dead, who are responding. If Satan can disguise himself as "an angel of light" (2 Cor. 11:14), then it is not improbable that fallen angels can disguise themselves as the dead. The Ouija Board is not harmless just because it is marketed as a game. Satan, the master of deception and seduction, is good at twisting the truth into lies (Gen. 3:1-6; Jn. 8:44). Satan likes disguises and his lies are often disguised as games.
The next time you are tempted to play the Ouija Board as a game, look beyond its disguise and see it for what it really is. Think about this: Just what or who are you trying to contact? God tells us to seek Him instead of the dead (Is. 8:19), and Christ "lives forever to plead with God" on behalf of those who believe Him (Heb. 7:25b). Who wants the Ouija Board when you can know the One Who has "complete authority in heaven and on earth!" (Matt.28:18). If you are wondering about Christ, think on His words in John 5:23b-24, "He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father , who sent him. I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life."

Channeling Channeling is the process of communicating with spirits who do not currently inhabit bodies with a view to obtain information not otherwise accessible. The communication is based in either telepathic and/or direct spirit-to-body contact. It is denounced in the Bible as sorcery, mediumship, and spiritism (Lev. 19:26, 31; 20:6; Deut. 18:9-14...).
Channelers claim that a wide variety of entities can be channeled including Aliens, Ascended and enlightened masters and angelic sorts of beings, the god and goddess of this area, the god/goddess who created our god and goddess and the rulers of the universe.
The interest in channeling is prompted by a need to understand death and what lies beyond. Whatever the reason, it is not new or a fad of the "New Age." In the late 1800s, a resurgence of interest in contacting the afterlife surfaced and produced the Spiritualists. These were groups of people that believed that life continued after death and that the spirits of the departed could be contacted and spoken with. Many churches and societies, which exist to this day, were formed to study and prove this premise.
Who actually coined the phrase channeling is unknown, but it is the old procedure practiced with a new twist. Instead of contacting departed loved-ones, the entities contacted are usually guides, masters, aliens, or Archangels.
Spirit-to-body contact can and often does involve some amount of "taking over" of the channeler's body. In extreme cases, this can become possession, either with conscious agreement from the channeler or not. (Demon possession).
Incredibly the very New-Agers who more often than not question Jesus’ teachings and claims to be God, blindly accept any message that comes to them from the spirits. Nor do they question whether the spirits giving the message are who they claim to be, i.e. wise spirit guides, departed ascended masters etc. The Bible warns about this.. "But the Spirit explicitly says that in later times some will fall away from the faith, paying attention to deceitful spirits and doctrines of demons..." (1 Tim. 4:1). (Emphasis added). Tarot Cards Despite myth, lore and exotic claims, the origin of the Tarot continues to be a mystery. The earliest versions of the cards that we use today most likely first appeared as a simple deck of playing cards. But even though playing cards are said to have originated in Central Asia more than a thousand years ago, it was not until the late 1400's that a true, 78 card, Tarot as we know it, was created.
in 1781 a book was published in France by Antoine Court de Gebelin in which he proclaimed his 'discovery' that an ancient Egyptian system of occult wisdom and divination had long been embedded within the images of these cards used for gaming. A serious study of the card images and symbols began then among the French occultists, and In 1855 Eliphas Levi published a book called "The Ritual and Dogma of High Magic" in which he said that the Tarot had been created 35,000 years earlier by Hermes or Thoth, the Egyptian god of magic.
He also claimed that the key to the 'secrets' of the Tarot could be found within the links among the card images, astrology, the Hebrew letters and the cosmic diagram of the Qabalah, also known as The Tree of Life. These theories of Levi were then further studied and expanded upon by others; most notably by the members of a magical society in England known as the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn.
It is directly from Levi's theories and then the further study, meditation and ritual workings of the Golden Dawn that a Tarot with the pictorial context and associations with which we are today most familiar was born. The Tarot had now firmly taken its place as a means of divination and the use of the cards began to flourish.
Kabbalah Kabbalah (also spelled Qabalah, Cabala, Qaballah, Qabala, Kaballah) is an aspect of Jewish mysticism. The word "Kabbalah" is derived from the root "to receive, to accept", and in many cases is used synonymously with "tradition".
It consists of a large body of speculation on the nature of divinity, the creation, the origin and fate of the soul, and the role of human beings. It consists also of meditative, devotional, mystical and magical practices, which were taught only to a select few and for this reason Kabbalah is regarded as an esoteric offshoot of Judaism. Some aspects of Kabbalah have been studied and used by non-Jews for several hundred years.
The earliest documents which are generally acknowledged as being Kabbalistic come from the 1st. Century C.E., but Some believe the tradition goes back as far as Melchizedek. What is abundantly clear however is that there is a continuous thread of Jewish mysticism running from early times, and these strands have become so intertwined with Kabbalah that it is difficult to know where one ends and another begins.
The earliest documents associated with Kabbalah come from the period ~100 to ~1000 A.D. and describe the attempts of "Merkabah" mystics to penetrate the seven halls (Hekaloth) of creation in order to reach the Merkabah (throne-chariot) of God. These mystics appear to have used what would now be recognised as familiar methods of shamanism (fasting, repetitious chanting, prayer, posture) to induce trance states in which they literally fought their way past terrible seals and guards to reach an ecstatic state in which they "saw God". An early and highly influential document, the Sepher Yetzirah, or "Book of Formation", originated during the earlier part of this period.
Some aspects of traditional Kabbalah are so deeply intertwined with Jewish religious beliefs and practice that they are meaningless outside of this content. Other aspects of Kabbalah (what I refer to below as Hermetic Kabbalah) have been studied and practiced outside of Judaism for so long that they have a distinct identity in their own right.
Kabbalah uses rituals such as ‘The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram’, which appears to be inspired, at least in part, by particular Jewish prayers and meditational exercises. This ritual is done to purify a room for further ritual work or meditation and can be used for protection. Its effects are primarily on the Astral (IMHO) though it uses the Earth pentagram.
Some of the originators of modern witchcraft (e.g. Gerald Gardner, Alex Saunders) drew heavily on medieval ritual and Kabbalah for inspiration, and it is not unusual to find modern witches teaching some form of Kabbalah. [See More on Kaballah]
Ascended Masters This is a brief description of what ‘Ascended Masters’ are purported to be.
‘Ascended masters are enlightened spiritual beings who once lived on earth just like we do. Over the course of many lifetimes of devotion and striving, they fulfilled their mission and reason for being—their divine plan—and ascended back to their divine source, reuniting with Spirit. Though they once had physical bodies like we wear, they now dwell in the heaven world, or etheric octave, and have bodies of light’.
‘They come from every era, culture and religion, and they are united in what is called the “Great White Brotherhood.” The term “white” has nothing to do with race but instead refers to the tremendous white light surrounding their forms’. (Please remember that the Bible tells us that Satan disguises himself as an angel of light).
‘When ascended beings are entirely free of negative karma, they can choose where in the universe they would like to serve. They may choose to continue evolving with earth or to move on to other worlds. Many ascended masters have chosen to stay connected with souls on earth to guide them on the path of soul development and self-transcendence, which they themselves have fully achieved. They are the true teachers of mankind, directing the spiritual evolution of all those who desire to reunite with divine consciousness, or God’. [See More on Ascended Masters]
